Kathie Krahn - Centre for World Mission BC KIDS FOR THE NATIONS Kathie Krahn is a mother of six, wife of Darrell, homeschooler, Children's church teacher, and board member for the Centre for World Mission BC where she provides leadership for the children's ministry. At the IMCO 2002 Conference, children ages 6-12 loved Kathie's Kids For the Nations theme! The IMCO directors have asked Kathie to return again this year and do it all again! Her program is interactive and aimed at raising up an army of missions-minded kids. We're talking clothing, hats, songs, video, discussion, games, parade, total involvement! Nicole Foster has spent much of the past fifteen years teaching in the Christian school. She left that career for a while to enjoy her two daughters and homeschool them during their early years. She is currently back in the classroom, enjoying each opportunity to disciple the students under her care. Outside of school, Nicole enjoys quiet time with her husband, reading aloud with her children, meeting with other Christians for Sunday worship, cycling and hiking on the local Kamloops hills. She desires young people to see the world through Jesus’ eyes, understanding that there are many peoples who need Jesus as their Lord and Saviour and that they, though young, can make a difference by their example and by praying. |
