QUESTIONNAIRE

Your name came up as one who could likely help us in our relationship with an association of ministries
among First Nations peoples. We are currently members of the Inter‐Mission Cooperative Outreach
(IMCO), an association of missionary organizations across North America.

Over the past four years, a number of First Nations people have said that IMCO needs to change and
become more inclusive and representative of the increasing number of First Nation Christian leaders
and ministries. The directors of the organizations that make up IMCO are asking for your input in making changes.
